Exatamente só mostra o HD se o outro celular for compatível e estiver na área de cobertura do VoLTE da operadora.Creio que só vá aparecer "HD" se ligar para outro telefone Claro com VoLTE, similar à TIM. Se o destino for não-VoLTE-da-mesma-operadora, fica no codec "normal" de 12kbps.
Não agrega 20+20 porque ela não tem isso na B7. Nos DDDs 12 a 19 ela possui 10Mhz na subfaixa P e 20Mhz na faixa clássica.

Já fiz de tudo que era possivel e impossivel para ativar o VoLTE e o Voz Wifi da vivo....mesmo com planos pós e na area de cobertura em sorocaba..cheguei a falar em 3 niveis de suporte da vivo mas eles não conseguem ativar nenhum dos dois na minha linha.. Desisti.... mas quem sabe por uma gloria divina eles ativam algum dia de forma automatica.Sera que VIVO irá ativar logo o VOLTE em Itu? Claro e TIM já tem...

Sim 90% das vezes agrega...fica sempre B7+B3+B28... mas infelizmente o s8 no br e bloqueado apenas pra fazer 3CA...
@perubira Entendi sobre o VoLTE...observei que eu ligando do meu claro pro meu tim em outro aparelho com tmb VoLTE tambem ativo...no tim exibe HD....e fazendo o inverso no claro não aparece. Achava que não era necessario o VoLTE ser da mesma operadora para a ligacao completar com o codec HD.
Sobre as faixas ficou explicado então....estava em sorocaba DDD15 quando agregou B7+B7.

Mesmo constando no site ainda podem ter a cara de pau de dizer que não ta ativado?Igaumzera, uma coisa que funciona bem, no caso da mortovivo, é mostrar q você sabe mais que eles.
Faça o que o DavidDiniz falou, escreva no www.consumidor.gov.br e na anatel.gov.br
No texto coloque uma pancada de protocolos, e, telefone de contato e retorno, e quado te ligarem, diga que sabe que na vivomorta há duas redes paralelas (duas plataformas) rodando simultaneamente, e que foi habilitado o serviço em uma delas, na outra não. E que isso dá conflito.
Mas é necessário ter certeza que alguém na cidade tem o serviço ativo, senão dirão que não foi ativado ainda, apesar de constar no site, e vai tudo por água abaixo.

não sei qual o seu aparelho, mas nos samsung se não tiver os parâmetros que habilitam o uso do volte e vowifi pouco importa se vc tem as apns corretas, o aparelho simplesmente não vai iniciar o serviço de IMS.

Definitivamente não tem isso mesmo! A última empresa que processei foi a Apple e ganhei.Processo contra uma empresa rica é difícil de ganhar.
