Comprei BF3 em fevereiro. Não recebi e-mail nenhum sobre a promo do jogo grátis.
Falei com uma atendente da EA e ela disse que não eram todos que compraram em pre order que tinham direito ao brinde.

Report – Battlefield 3 limits players to one profile per account
DICE has confirmed via Twitter that those playing Battlefield 3 on PC will have their in-game solider name linked to their Origin accounts, which means that unlike previous installments of the series on PC, player won’t be able to create more than one profile or soldier.
According to a tweet by DICE’s Daniel Mastros: “Your name is linked to your origin persona,” which explains why even those who purchase the game from an outlet other than Origin, will still be required to use the service.
In other words, the player’s soldier name will be the same as their Origin profile, and in the alpha trial. players found there wasn’t an option to change their user name or create a new soldier other than by changing their Origin profile name. Origin only allowed one player per account.
In the past, PC players could start a new solider in the Battlefield games from scratch and choosing its name, unlike with the console versions, according to BF3blog.
At this point, there’s no word on whether this will remain EA’s final decision on player profiles or not, but Mastros has since tweeted DICE will clarify this information a bit more as the game gets closer to launch.

O que houve Cherojr?
O suporte não resolveu de prima e foi um passando a bomba para outro, dizendo que iria para o suporte nível 2000000, querendo acessar meu PC remotamente para conferir o email. Uma enrolação... Só não mandei todo mundo tomar naquele lugar pq aí eu que perderia a razão. Mas chegou nas mãos desse Daniel R. e a partir daí foi só escolher o jogo.
