Servers just went down, looks like the Kumo Crew pulled out a massive amount of fortification in the last 24 hours, and we might have avoided Turmoil.
Good job everyone, well everyone who fortified
We got 0 expansions (and Jormor never appeared on our list all week, the bug report did get a comment from an FD employee)
We faced close to 1 million merits worth of opposition to our expansions, I'm not sure if all the other 9 powers combined faced more than 10% of that.
We got our normal amount of undermining, maybe a bit less, so we may be close to 2 million in opposition and undermining, it will certainly be over 1.5 million, and probably a new record for the amount of player hate / grinding.
Wolf 1128 was successfully prepared, but Antal got 1 preparation and 1 expansion, so we should be back in 10th place.
Fortification
We still need the same old 10 systems fortified to ensure not falling into Turmoil.
Last week there were some strange systems getting fortified, the 10 systems we try to fortify each week are not "favorites" they are the most merit efficient to keep us from Turmoil.
Here are the 10 in income to merit ratio order:

- Lusonda
- Comanga
- Nltt 53690
- Halbangaay
- Ltt 16548
- Arawere
- San Muss
- Huaich
- Ngbato
Expansion
Wolf 1128 is our only system to expand, or should be if it appears on the list (unlike Jormor last week)
Its probably impossible for an expansion to win for us when we only have one, and we don't really want more systems to fortify, so I would avoid it.
Undermining
The Imperials are still flinging wave after wave of merit grinders our way.
Patreus, as always is close, but we will see if we want to push ALD or Aisling into Turmoil this week, so the target may change.
UPDATE
Patreus has a terrible expansion, we should return the favor the empire did us 2 weeks ago when they bsically stopped all opposition to our expansions.

Jormor wasn't put on our expansion list last week, its as good as any system near us.
Miscellaneous
Our trade route information is out of date, after the stealth nerf our Imperial Slave trading got last week, I still haven't seen it mentioned in the patch notes, but it is still amusing how our Power is the one who get the nerfs
