Go to FUT and go to the club section on the main summary page (the first card set on the left) you get a quick list of number of players/kits/badges/balls/stadiums/rare players and so on, note EVERYTHING from this down (then log out of game and keep it on paper).

Login using your usual account.
Select from the list of drop down windows Fifa13 Ultimate team fifa13 ... pick web/online or the option that's for website issue, and then your platform.
This will then unlock (which was grayed out) "Chat" ... Click on this, a pop up will show, sit and wait until advisors name shows and types a welcome message. NOTE: other drop down combinations will on unlock email and not "chat" .. so make sure you set them correct. If its not letting you see chat, check your browser settings for blocking scripts/cookies, or try a different brower.
Say you need your web app unlocked as it keeps always asking for it in game and never unlocks ... They will then ask a series of questions which will be all or a few (not all in my attempts though) of the following (takes notes from FUT and note all of them as they vary on who you chat too):
What Is Your Team Name?
How many Players are on the team?
How many rare players are on your team?
How many staff are employed?
How many stadiums are owned?
How many kits are on the team?
How many badges are there?
How many balls have been earned?
One final question that some and some do not ask is "What's the Date Of Birth on your Origin account" or if not and you have made payments on your account they "may" ask some security question on credit card info (but this is very rare).
Once you answer what your asked out of the above (and they are legit and correct) they will notify you to hold and they will then state its been "reset" and to wait 5 or so minuets before trying.
I waited a bit longer, and then loaded game, got the usual new password screen, entered what I wanted, and I got the "password has been set you wont be asked again". I then exited FUT, went back in and as if by magic I was never asked again.
Then, once you test this, goto web app, login as usual and you will then see the normal security question that you set, and after that it will work.
