Bom, pra dar uma atualizada no tópico, a placa já chegou lá (de acordo com rastreamento dos Correios), chegou 3 dias depois, mandei dia 08/09, chegou ontem 11/09.
Agora é só esperar eles testarem a placa ver o exato problema e me contactarem.
No aguardo.

[ 8/30/2008 11:35:12 PM] Hello! I`m from Brazil, and my English isn`t good (sorry). About 2 weeks ago, my VGA started to show some airtfacts on screen, with yellow vertical lines after installed the new nVidia driver (with Physx). I`ve removed the driver, tried to put on other slot, but keeps the same. What can I do to solve this problem? Thanks for your atention.
[BRIAN 9/2/2008 7:02:19 PM] Hi Matheus, thanks for the message. When do you see the artifacts? Do you see them when you turn on the computer, windows loading screen, desktop, 3d application, or all of them? Are you able to try the card in another computer or another card in your computer and see where the issue follows? Also, make sure that you have a clean install of drivers. We highly recommend Driver Cleaner, found at
http://downloads.guru3d.com/download.php?det=745 which will come in handy for cleaning out traces of older graphics drivers. (Make sure you have the latest drivers, from
www.nvidia.com/download/index.aspx downloaded to your desktop.) Download the program, install it, but don’t run it until you’ve rebooted into Safe Mode (tap F8 during bootup) and then choose “NVIDIA” as the cleaning selection. Run that 3 – 4 times, to be thorough, and then you’ll reboot into normal Windows mode in order to reinstall drivers. Let us know. Thanks, Brian.
[ 9/2/2008 8:53:43 PM] Thank you for answering my message. The artifatcs appears immediately when i turn on the PC, showing some vertical lines and the caracteres of the BOOT screen are crazy, and in the Windows XP, the screen is full of vertical lines in yellow color, and every application i open, the lines are there. I tried many things to try to solve this problem: - Removed drivers with driver cleaner in safe mode - Installed older drivers from nvidia site - Installed the VGA on other PCI-E slot - tried the VGA in another computer, and the same lines are happenning After your message, I went to try to remove the drivers with driver cleaner 3-4 times like you said, but... nothing changed, even the lines stays on the same place. And yesterday I tried a new VGA card on my pc, and run smoothly, without the "evil lines" So, i think that the problem is much more serious than we think... i don`t know, I love my vga card, and i`m desperate!!
[BRIAN 9/2/2008 10:12:01 PM] Hi matheus, thanks for the message and if you are getting that during the post screen, then the card is faulty. For proceeding with RMA service on this card, please verify your card`s serial number has been registered through our website. Indicate if you are using any features (if supported by your card) such as SLI. Please confirm that there have been no modifications to the card’s physical appearance or any unauthorized firmware/BIOS flashing. Also confirm that we have your full name, best shipping address for receiving a delivery with signature required (no PO Boxes allowed for our FedEx shipments) and telephone number posted in your Customer Profile online. Thanks, Brian.
[ 9/2/2008 10:29:48 PM] Yeah. I`ve registered my VGA on the first time I`ve had on my hands. If you want it`s serial, is xxxxxxx. I do not use SLI feature. The VGA do not have any physical modifications or bios flashing. My Information posted on Customer Profile (Account Information) is the one I live. What should I do now? Thanks for you help
[MARK_C 9/4/2008 7:07:53 PM] Hello Matheus, Have you tried having the card replaced through your retailed? Because you are located outside the U.S.A., additional taxes may be imposed on the return shipments by your government. We provide proper documentation and label the package to the best of our ability but these fees are completely at the discretion of the local government. You will be liable for these fees if they occur. The shipping to the US is also very expensive from Brazil. That is why the retailer generally handles any warranty exchanged in South America. If they are unable to help you let us know and we can RMA the card but it will have to come to our North American Support Center in the US. Thank you. Mark
[ 9/4/2008 8:01:02 PM] Hi Mark, thanks for the message. The store I bought gave me only 3 months of warranty, they told me to contact you guys, and i`m here
![Smile :) :)](data:image/gif;base64,R0lGODlhAQABAIAAAAAAAP///yH5BAEAAAAALAAAAAABAAEAAAIBRAA7)
So I only have the RMA.... I accept the RMA, and wait for your guys to approve and send me the documents, if needed, and the orientation for proceeding the RMA. Thanks for your patience.
[MARK_C 9/4/2008 9:11:16 PM] Hello Matheus, I have authorized your RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization) so that you can send your XFX product in to get it serviced. This requires your product to be sent to our North American support center in the U.S.A. Generally, Latin American RMAs are handled through the retailer because of this. Because you are located outside of the U.S.A., additional taxes may be imposed on the return shipment by your government. We provide proper documentation and label the package to the best of our ability but these fees are completely at the discretion of the local government. You will be liable for these fees if they occur. Your RMA number is xxxxxx. Copy and paste the following link into your browser,
ftp://xfxsupport.com/public/other/PCA_RMA_TC.pdf, this PDF is the RMA agreement and paperwork. It contains all the RMA terms and conditions; please fill it out, sign it, and include it with your RMA. Thank you, Mark Please note: Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view the PDF documents listed above. Please download and install the latest version of Acrobat Reader from
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html before attempting to open the forms.
[ 9/5/2008 3:26:39 PM] I`ve read some RMA procedures in forums and i learned that to avoid additional taxes from the government of Brazil, I need to fill out some documents (including this you`ve sended) and send it with the product to USA, and need to have these documents on the course of the back here in Brazil. So i will be glad if you guys from XFX send it back to Brazil with these documents to avoid these guys from Brazil from giving me additional taxes. I`ll send the product as fast as I can!
[ 9/10/2008 2:33:20 PM] Hey Mark_C The VGA card has been send out. Today or tomorrow, it will be with you guys. I`ll be waiting for a confirmation that the VGA arrived fine. Thanks!
[CURTIS 9/10/2008 4:06:10 PM] Thank you. We will notify you when the product has been processed in and the testing results. Because you are located outside of the U.S.A., additional taxes may be imposed on the return shipment by your government. We provide proper documentation and label the package to the best of our ability but these fees are completely at the discretion of the local government. Curtis
