Meu ticket:
My PES2011 does not connect.
Always says that the "Could not get tested for the network connection." I do not know what else to do.
I use a DLINK DSL 500B and always played PES 2009 and 2010 and never had this kind of problem.
The last option of online mode "Best Plays of Finals" enters the game without any problems, but the other does not come at all.
I look forward to help.
Thanks
Resposta da Konami:
Dear Vinicius,
Thank you for contacting Konami Support. The issue you are having is most likely a result your internet environment, and may be caused by your Internet Service Provider, your modem/router, or the speed of your internet service. Below are some recommendations that may assist you in obtaining a more stable internet connection.
Have you tried turning off the Windows firewall (on a PC) while you are online?
You may have a built-in firewall; please check with your Internet Service Provider to see if this is the case.
What NAT type do you have? NAT type 2 or 1will give you the best results when trying to play online (if you don’t know how to check what type NAT you have, contact Sony and ask them how to check this on your system).
You may need to open the following ports in order to get online with this title (for information on how to open ports on your router you will have to contact the manufacturer of the router).
UDP Ports: 1024, 3658, 5730-5739
TCP Ports: 80, 443, 5730-5733, 17001-17009
You may need to contact your ISP provider as well it is possible that they might have the ports listed above blocked on their end.
What are you uploads and downloads speeds (contact your Internet Service Provider and ask them)?
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Regards,
