Presently Ramaladni's Gift has an incorrect tooltip and patch note, which makes it very confusing to decipher how it's supposed to work. Also, the item is not yet fully implemented, which means it can't be looted right now (even though it's dropping on the PTR). We're aware of that issue, but we don't have an ETA to share at the moment on when we expect it to be 100% functional.

That said, here's how Ramaladni's Gift is currently intended to work. This is all with the caveat that it's still under development, and potentially subject to change:
  • It will add a socket to an unsocketed weapon
  • It only works on weapons
  • It will work on enchanted weapons, so long as they don't have a socket
  • It effectively adds an item affix in the form of a socket
  • It will be consumed on use

As a quick note, we're already taking a closer look at Firebird's Finery. This was our first pass and we agree that there's more room for work here. In this case, there's also the happenstance that a Fire focus just makes the most logical sense for this particular set ('cause, you know, Firebird's), and we acknowledge that Fire is already an incredibly strong element. You will likely see more iteration on this set in additional PTR patches, so stay tuned and be sure to keep letting us know what you think!

Porém ele adiciona o socket como um afixo extra, ou seja, a arma fica com 4 stats mais o socket, bem interessante. Pelo menos foi esta a explicação no blue post.

O que quer dizer que quem dropou algo top , vai ficar mais top ainda , por exemplo a TF do Soul, 244X,XX se fosse agora com isso , ainda daria pra meter um attack speed nela e jogar o socket de gratis :haha:

Sim, vc adiciona AS no lugar do socket atual e usa este item após para conseguir o novo socket free.

Deveriam fazer um mix de cindercoat com o amuleto de fogo... e ainda manter vivo a cada 60 segundos.

E vou te falar , ainda sim seria uma ***** , porque você não vai ter cooldown pra nada , não vai ter outros bonus ... e wizard não tem skills que fazem dano massivo como o lance da jade ou as skills do crusado.

Exato, o certo seria 2 peças: 500 int + 20% damage fire, 4 peças: +20% damage fire + meteor da paixão que ressuscita (120s cooldown). 6 peças: +20% damage fire+ 25% diminuicao de recursos skills de fogo e burn effect de 50% stackando a cada damage de fogo!

Algo diferente, seria ganhar uma armadura de fogo que desse dano constante de fogo por segundo para inimigos próximos (como armadura de gelo ultima runa), diminuísse cooldown de skills de fogo em 50%, ganhasse all res+armor (sim igual a armadura arcana) e diminuisse o custo para soltar skills de fogo em 30% (meio que como a armadura eletrica so q bem melhor), isso claro criando novos itens para poder usar os lendarios de fogo (cinto, arma, amuleto) ai daria pra usar orb e bota+rorg =D
Aí com alguns cdr na build poderia soltar molten a cada 5 segundos! E ganharia um maldito slot, como os monges ganham um slot quando usam inna!
 
Pessoal, várias informações que não constam nas patch notes, retiradas do reddit e diablofans. (SoJ com 5 stats primários é sinistro :rip:)

Miscellaneous

Gold drops now show (the amount on the ground)
Your last sum of your gold within ~5 second time frame now shows in the lower right hand corner
Treasure Goblin Realm now exists after killing a goblin, random chance to spawn portal - Greed is the boss.
Kadala now says her other lines, when getting rares and legs.
Greater Rifts can roll Pandemonium Fortress maps (not a change per se, but still kind of unexpected)
Icon for Reusable Parts and Forgotten Souls has changed.
Not 100% on this, but I think Orlash spends less time invisible. He's still annoying, moreso when you're on a time limit.
New Particle effect for Frozen Pulse. It's the same blue ice star, but now it spins and has a blizzard effect. It's larger and more noticeable.
Area Damage now has a new icon in the utility section for Paragon levels
New Cursor
Meteor Shower's tooltip updated. Now it displays "Unleash a volley of 7 small Meteors that each strike 228% weapon damage as Fire".
The goblin from the puzzle ring no longer glows.
QOL change: Holding down a button will now recast that spell when off cool-down.
Fixed a bug where crusaders wouldn't get nephalem glory buff from picking up an orb while using steed charge.
The gas from Ghom rift guardian doesn't hurt after you kill him.
Nephalem Globes are red in Higher Rifts
Screen shake has been deleted or added to certain skills
New artisan that upgrades your gems found after killing a level 25 greater rift. Reported on level 23 as well.
When you have Low FX checked in options, disco beams show the direction they will spawn (didn't before).
Lootable objects (chests, corpses, etc.) do not spawn in Greater Rifts, making Harrington's Waistguard and Sebor's Nightmare practically useless.
Female Crusader 'Inspect Hero" picture fixed!
Horadric Cache Icon changed
Fixed the Crusader's skill Slash (Guard rune) stacking more than 5 times as stated in the description (on live it stacks up to 10 times for a total of 50% armor)
Enemies hexed by the Enchantress (into chickens) now properly show life bars above their heads.
Earthquake fury cost is now 25 (down from 50)


Changes to Items

The proc from Baleful Remnant now triggers with assists as well - huge buff!!!
Halcyon's Ascent (amulet) no longer rolls guaranteed elite damage + elite damage reduction
Doombringer no longer rolls Life % as one of its primary affixes, but *does* roll 5 primary stats.
Stone of Jordan can roll 5 primaries
The Compass Rose now has 5 primary affixes
Heart Slaughter had the Critical Hit Damage Removed
Moonlight Ward Arcane % damage buffed from here
Litany of the Undaunted has had a lot of its stats changed
The Grin Reaper has had CDR removed
Mask of Jeram (Set) name changed to Helltooth Mask
Stalgard's Decimator no longer rolls CHD% on it. In fact, I'm 2 for 2 on finding items that used to roll CHD that no longer roll it
Nemesis Bracers no longer roll movement speed
Sash of Knives (Legendary DH belt): +Fan of Knives damage roll range increased is 38-50% - up from 30–40% (change affects pre-2.1/PTR items).
Justice Lantern can now roll OP
The Traveler's Pledge buffed, can roll good stats
Visuals on Genzaniku were changed from red glow to green/blue glow.
Band of Untold Secrets rolls 5 primary
Vigilante Belt now rolls %CDR
Blackthorne's Duncraig Cross (Amulet) updated - no longer rolls life%/attackspeed/LoH as fixed affixes.
Lacuni Prowlers now roll 5 primary stats
Lidless Wall now has 5 primaries Also rolls different fixed affixes.
Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac now [rolls different stats(http://imgur.com/w6CFlAB)
Flavor of Time amulet also rolls 5 primary stats.
Stormshield's elite damage reduction/melee damage reduction has been buffed
Quivers can roll elemental % damage now (one of the 5 primaries). I got a quiver (one that doesn't have any special effects) that rolled 20% fire, and Kadala can reroll it to any element. could be a specific quiver that has been added to roll an elemental affix

Datamine das gems lendárias, cada uma possui 2 afixos, o primeiro é imutável, o segundo pode ser melhorado pelo artesão que se encontra no final das Greater Rifts.

Minha ideia é o seguinte , acompanhando a sua ...

2 peças garante a redução em 50% de fire dmg e daria 25% de fire skill.

4 peças garante redução do cooldown do molten e explosive blast *pra garantir que a woh funcione no set já que até o momento ainda continua sendo o item mais raro e poderoso pros wiz* + 25% de fire skill

5 peças garantiria a armadura de fogo dando 200% de fire dmg + redução de custo em 35% das skills de fire

6 peças garantiria na morte renascer em forma de archon.

Ai sim! valeria a pena , seria a junção dos melhores itens de fire e efeitos possíveis pra build... por ser um set de elemento único e exigir uma quantidade alta de peças , retira qualquer possibilidade de cooldown reduction ou qualquer outro bonus interessante.

Esses efeitos secondários das gemas + afixo extra nas armas vão acabar de enterrar o jogo hahahah parei de comentar Diablo e vou jgar casualmente agora até quem sabe trocarem essa equipe de Devs LIXO!

Quem viu o modz postando fez 100 lvls rift solo? Disse que ganhou 40 paragon lvls no processo. Invis vou nem comentar né, monk "robado"! :coolface:

era um bug que se abria o rift com um char level 1 ... parece que ja foi corrigido e a leaderboards ja deu wipe ... eles nao aguentam nem passar do level 30
 
Quem tinha arma boa que já dropou com socket e deu reroll no dano ou no %dmg se ferrou então?

Seria melhor então se esse Ramalandi Gift apenas acrescentasse uma afixo random na arma...
 
Ontem joguei numa party q tinha um DH imortal usando esse esquema aí de recuperar life quando cai a zero, tenso viu!
