Eu tinha o Euro Truck Simulator há um bom tempo parado na biblioteca steam, depois de ver algumas lives que apareceram pelo face resolvi dar uma chance

E que jogo maravilhoso, já to amarradão pegando o jeito, dei uma boa lida nesse tópico para aprender algumas coisas

No fim peguei vários jogos na sale de fim de ano, e to me divertindo no ETS, agora é aguardar uma promo boa das Dlc's

Eu fiquei meio lá meio cá com o mapa base+DLCs, mais de mês sem jogar. Daí, instalei o EAA e o Promods, resultado.... voltei a curtir o ETS como antes .

O mapa base e as DLCs são legais, mas é fácil ficar saturado (opinião).

Eu tenho cada mapa em um perfil (dupliquei o perfil), e um perfil só com o mapa base e as DLCs (3 no total). Eu não tenho certeza se ambos funcionam bem no mesmo perfil (nunca tentei).

Acho que nao expliquei direito, tava falando da tela do world map, pra ver como fica o EAA com o ProMods (mas agora entendi que nao usa eles juntos rss)

- Overall, you can expect a LOT more to come to ATS/ETS2 in the future, ETS2/ATS is only in its beginning stages still - Announcement coming for a new ATS vehicle in january 2020 (more vehicles coming for ETS2 after that as well) - Multiple new projects starting in 2020 - Sound system of ETS2/ATS getting reworked in early 2020 - Once the new sound system is in place there will be new features such as being able to open your window - New interactions with the environment coming in a future patch - Idaho new state for ATS in 2020 - SCS is planning to add every state of the USA to ATS - Next ETS2 map expansion will be in Iberia (which is Portugal & Spain). It's a massive project because the region is huge, it's bigger than any of the previous DLCs. - SCS says it's extremely hard to release more than 1 map expansion per year because development for each map expansion already takes multiple years - Every day 250.000 players play ATS & ETS2 - SCS is not only adding features for the players but also to attract partnerships with companies (which in the end leads to new players and more funds to keep the development going). For example, the recent new feature which added support for back-lit keyboards was mainly done to attract partnerships with hardware producers. Tobii eyetracker is another example. - SCS is slowly, step-by-step, upgrading the game's engine instead of fast because many players play the game on old hardware. However, SCS will continue to upgrade the game's engine and they hope they won't lose too many players because of it. - SCS is working on a major visual revamp for the game so that the old content matches with the new content (new art, models and features, like bumpy roads). - SCS's team only consisted of a few people in the beginning. The internal team alone now consists of 180 employees. They also have 40 contractors. In total there are 220 employees contributing to the game full-time and SCS is still looking for new employees. Both ETS2 and ATS have an equally large team working on them. - The company is growing so fast because ETS2 and ATS keep getting new players. SCS is still learning how to be more efficient as a big company. - World of Trucks has 3 million users - SCS is still working hard on their ultimate project: turning ETS2 (and ATS) into an MMO game instead of a Singeplayer game. There is a dedicated team working on the MMO version but it takes a lot of time. - SCS has applied the same price for the DLC maps over the last several years and will keep using the same price in the years to come because it's one of the most important ways SCS can generate an income. Lowering the price would mean that SCS can't support the game anymore, and raising the price would scare players away, so they chose to stick to the same price whenever a new DLC map releases. However, current DLCs will become cheaper as they get older and SCS is working on discounts on DLCs for players who already own some other DLCs. - The UK map which currently looks extremely old will get completely overhauled at some point. They just don't have the time for it yet. - All maps are likely to be updated at some point as their real life counterparts go through infrastructural changes as well. For example, real life Poland has way many more highways now than it did back when Poland got released in ETS2. Such new roads are likely to be added to the game at some point. - It's extremely hard for SCS to develop more than 1 map DLC for ETS2 each year. They would need a much bigger team. - It's not even 100% certain that the new Iberia DLC for ETS2 will be released next year because the region is so massive, but they are really working as hard as they can. - SCS wants to make ETS2 and ATS available to consoles in the future and are already working on it. However, they have no idea when it will be finished and they said that the proces is kind of like a "marathon".

Irão fazer Espanha e Portugal, talvez ano que vem. Inglaterra será refeita não se sabe quando. Going East está sendo refeita, sem previsão de lançamento. O plano é fazer os 50 estados do ATS, também não tem prazo. As próximas atualizações será do som.




E após a atualização a do som será da iluminação.
A SCS não ganha dinheiro vendendo o jogo base e sim as DLCs, e com isso estão investindo em tornar os jogos em MMO.
Os sons foram gravados em 2011, 2012, e 2013, e só agora tiveram dinheiro pra colocar no jogo.
Quanto mais vocês comprarem as DLCs mas rápido todos esses planos irão se concretizar. Resumindo, comprem comprem comprem.

Mapa EAA realmente achei bem melhor, estou jogando direto, sendo que antes com o mapa original não tinha o mesmo ânimo(o que mais gostei são aquelas cargas de 30 metros, articuladas e com mais de 60t, da muita emoção). Esse por exemplo:

Mas eu to com uma dúvida, alguém que joga EAA sabe me dizer se as cargas perigosas tem no mapa? eu peguei uma uma vez mas não achei logo de cara daí voltei o save e escolhi outra.

E esse promods é outro mapa também?

Geralmente não, só recomendo estar sem nenhum job em andamento.

Lembrando que ProMods ainda não é compatível com a ultima DLC

Alguém conhece mais algum mod de caminhão nacional que tenha o mesmo nível de qualidade? Só não vale aqueles mods pagos do site modshop, achei que a modelagem dos caminhões e o acabamento deixaram a desejar.
