Não sei se alguém conhece esse benchmark. Achei bacana esse teste de desempenho para conversão de video com codec x264, parece que o teste é todo feito em cima do processador. Postem seus resultados!

Rodei o teste aqui. Tudo em stock aqui. Achei bem legal e força todos os núcleos, mas acredito que quem tem Intel terá resultados bem melhores, visto que normalmente, os processadores deles trabalhem melhor com encodamento/tratamento de imagens e vídeos. Aí estão meus results:
