Eu perguntei ao cara no fórum da XDA.. eis a resposta dele:
Hey there !
Actually you don't need root, but if you want to "copy" the screens i posted, you have to root your phone and install paranoidandroid ( there are tutorials availliable all around here in xda )
Paranoidandroid allows you to change the dpi of your apps ( how big , how small the app layout will be displayed ), but you also get the function to change the navigationbar color and statusbar color for every single app ( in my screenshot the navigationbar is transparent and the statusbar as well ).
As a weather app and widget i recommend you "eye in sky".
For a deskclock and lockscreen widget you should get dashclock with the battery extension.
And for your news / feed i would say minimal reader / minimal reader pro would be the best choice.
As i mentioned in the post you quoted i have some topbars which indicates where i'm ( home, games, weather etc. ).
These are made with Desktop vizualizer. It's an widget which allows you to display pictures.
In my case i made the topbar on photoshop using my pc and then just copied them to phone and then making them a widget using desktop vizualizer.
Also in the screenshot i'm using nova launcher which is actually the smoothest launcher at this time ( there's also apex launcher, but it laggs after some time ).
All the apps i mentioned are availliable in the playstore and recommend you to buy the pro version if availliable, but the free version will do the same ( you#re just more free in customizing your homescreen if you have an unlocker full version )
The icons are from "Glaskart nova apex go theme" which can be found on google play as well.
With using paranoidandroid or antoher rom like cyanogenmod 10 you will get the ability to use cm10 themes.
in the screenshot i used the "HoloGlass theme" which can be also found on the playstore.
so thats it cheers
