haha this is just a huge joke, this map has never ever a size of 160-170 km², i mean the length from the bottom to the top of the current 30 % we can play is 2 km at maximum and this is guessed optimistically, of which you can conclude that the overall map has approximately, unless you have scaled the map down for alpha which I don´t believe, round about 4 km², i mean the current area we can play, is similar to the size of elektro in DayZ, and 40 players are way to much for this size you do not have any chance to explore and loot or deal with the zombies, because you run by a survivor every 30 seconds, which instantly attack you, if you constantly meet players it just ruins the whole concept of the game, it just makes no scence, because most poeple play more pvp orientated, and I completely have no problem with that as I hadnt in DayZ, but if the map is to small and basically the whole map is a battleground for pvp it just ruins the scence of the game concept for me, in DayZ you have had your "hot zones", which are Elektro, Cherno, basically the coast where many players are and where also PvP is very common and you meet lots of other players ( but still not as much as in current War Z alpha), and if you are a PvP kind of player you hang around there, if not you go north, where you are mostly alone and you can explore and loot the world etc , you say you will meet a player every 15 minutes in the full map with 200 players, lets recap = one third of map with 40 players -> see player every minute, so conclusion = full map (3 times of current) with 200 players -> see player every 15 minutes ???
