O GamersNexus já testou a placa:
http://www.gamersnexus.net/hwreviews/2799-evga-gtx-1080-ftw2-sc2-icx-in-depth-thermal-analysis
A conclusão dele considero perfeita:
"f you already own an ACX card (like the
FTW ACX GTX 1080, now $600), you could trade-in for $100 and get an ICX equivalent – but we don’t think it’s worth it, unless you specifically want the new toys to play with. In terms of gaming performance, it’s the same. Thermals on the power and memory components are better, certainly, but the temperatures were already acceptable with the ACX cooler once thermal pads were added. The VBIOS update was not even necessary if you did that. Keep in mind that some of the power stage components can sustain upwards of 125C, with the FETs themselves accepting 150C before they start derating hard."
"The new cards should land
at about $630 for the EVGA GTX 1080 FTW2 ICX card, and
about $590 for the EVGA GTX 1080 SC2 ICX card.
The value doesn’t exist for the $100 upgrade. The main argument would be for resale value, as ICX will hold longer than ACX in that department. But whether resale value is inflated by the extra $100 you’re spending, that’s hard to tell."
Pra quem vai comprar nova? $40 a mais... aqui no BR quase 300R$... e pra quem quiser trocar? $100????
