Galera que não está conseguindo fazer o pre-load, consegui fazendo assim:
Cancelei a pre-order, porém ela não tinha saído do origin, entrei no chat e pedi para retirarem, assim que saiu do origin eu comprei novamente pelo próprio origin e agora foi normal, fazendo o pre-load aqui no talo!!
Só lembrem se forem cancelar tem que tirar o icone do bf4 do origin, se não saiu vai no chat e pede para tirar!!

Cara eu só to aceitando uma hipotese, de como vcs tiveram que recomprar o jogo, talvez vcs tenham comprado a versão pros EUA, e eu comprei a VERSAO HUE, PQ paguei em boleto, E SIM eu ja resetei o ORIGIN 200x.
Dá só um confere pra ver se a sua data ta certa mesmo, ali do lado superior esquerdo tem um botao de recarregar, aperta nesse bixo ai pra ver se a data se mantem 29
